GROSS CROSS 500 Cr / A SUPERHIT FILM KRRISH 3........

krrish 3,

Krrish 3

After the super success of Krrish 3, Hrithik Roshan now decides to reveal his trendy and stylish avatar. Known for his amazing good looks and fashion sense, the actor has now decided to launch his own casual wear brand titled HRx.

The new brand signifies fitness and fashion, something that Hrithik has always been associated with. Apparently the title HR, which are Hrithik's initials has an 'x' attached to it, which as per Roshan signifies extreme. Hrithik is one of the first heroes to have stepped on the lines of clothing brand while his contemporaries and seniors have mostly been associated with fragrances. Also we hear that the brand promises to give high quality at affordable rates.

A newspaper today carried a report on the recently released Hrithik Roshan starrer Krrish 3's collections. While the article claimed that the makers of the film have fudged the overall BO collections to portray that the film has broken the existing records, the makers feel differently. Bollywood Hungama caught up with the film's producer-director Rakesh Roshan for his reaction to this.

Laughing at the report, Roshan says, "I really don't know what their intentions were, but when they asked me for the figures, I willingly gave them the same. Now they say that the figure of Rs. 237.15 crores is gross and not nett."

"I don't know where this buzz about fake figures has emerged from, but I feel that there are some people who really don't bother to go to the interiors and other sectors in a more detailed way to find out the actual numbers. I know the real figures; I have been getting updates from all my distributors, exhibitors and from places where my film is running right from the first day itself. So, I don't really care about this line of thinking", adds Roshan.

While dismissing the rumours about the collections being fudged, Roshan also questions the authenticity of the article, "How can I fudge Rs. 40-50 crores? Is it really that simple or is it a joke to change and pump up the collections? Besides they say that the figures I have shared are gross figures. In fact if I look at the gross figures that include the entertainment tax, and everything else, then Krrish 3's collection has crossed Rs. 500 crores. I think they really need to go back and learn the difference between gross and nett figures first."

Well, that explanation should settle the matter.

With the superhero Krrish aka Hrithik Roshan weaving his magic all across the global BO with his latest film Krrish 3, the film is now a certified blockbuster. And what better way for the makers to celebrate the film's success than on the forthcoming Children's Day.

That's why the film's makers have now decided to slash the ticket rates for children below 14 years. Confirming the slash, Rakesh Roshan says, "Yes, the ticket prices will be slashed by 45%, as a special token gift to the children on the occasion of Children's Day."

What remains to be seen is whether Krrish 3, that has entered the Rs. 200 crore club in just 10 days, manages to rake in more collectionsto become the highest grossing film ever.

Mission Mars,First Image Of Earth Taken By Mangalyaan........

MISSION MARS
The Mars Orbiter Mission, more commonly known as Mangalyaan has sent its first image of earth taken by the Mars Colour Camera. "we have a nice little things to share with all of you.............in the process of testing our pay loads we turned the Mars Colour Camera towards the Earth and switched it on...........and here is the first ever image of Eearth taken by Mars Colour Camera," says the face-book of Isro Mars Orbiter Mission.

"The image was taken on Tuesday at around 1.50pm from a height of almost 70,000 km above earth and has a spatial resolution of 3.5 km............we were certain we were going to get some great shots in the orbit of Mars,"the message reads. The image clearly shows India,Indian Ocean,Bay of Bengal, the Himalayas and Indo-Gangetic plain.

"This image capturing is not a planned process. The command is done from our ground station near Bang aloure. we may take one more image before the space craft moves out of the earth's orbit,"these word said by a seniour scientist of Isro.

The space craft will move out of Earth's orbit on December 1 at around 0023 hours. It will then take a 330 days voyage before entering the Mars Orbit on September 24,2014.Mangalyaan was launched on 5 November.Since then there has been a series of orbit raising manoeures, the last one on November 16,which changed the apogee (farthest point from earth) to 192874 km.

On Thursday, Isro released one image taken on November 19 which captures the Indian subcontinent. It was taken using its Mars Colour Camera (MCC) from 67,975km with a resolution of 3.53km per pixel. The image was taken as part the payload testing activity which commenced last week.

The MCC, which is meant for optical imaging of the Martian surface, was one of the first payloads to be tested. "It's ideal to conduct a test on the functioning of all payloads before the craft leaves the sphere of Earth's influence. The MCC is working well, as indicated by the images we've received," a senior Isro official told TOI.

The tri-colour camera will send images and information about the Martian surface from September 2014 after the craft reaches its designated elliptical orbit around Mars. "The images and information will be useful to monitor the Martian weather. The camera will be used to monitor two of its satellites, Phobos and Deimos," the official said.

MCC will also provide context information for other payloads aboard MOM, another official said, adding that the testing of the four other payloads will be done next week. "Information received from other payloads may not be published as they're not of public interest. They'll be in the form of scientific data which will be released later," he said.

The case of plagiarism filed by a writer from Madhya Pradesh against Rakesh Roshan and the Krrish 3 team has been dismissed.

Much relieved Rakesh Roshan said, "The film industry can't do anything about such nuisance litigation that is thrown at us filmmakers just a few weeks or even days before the release. The law has to come from the government preventing any legal action from any party at least three months before release. Without seeing a single frame of the film, how can anyone decide the content of the film? This kind of thing must be stopped. It's a nuisance to engage lawyers have them attend court in cities outside Mumbai. Such a waste of time money and energy."

The producer-director is tense but confident about Krrish 3.

Says Rakesh Roshan, "I've directed a film after seven years. Completing Krrish 3 is a big victory for me. It was very difficult to complete this film with all its action sequences and special effects."

The eager filmmaker feels the special effects in Krrish 3 would make the world sit up. "We will prove that we are as good if not better than Hollywood. Krrish 3 will prove that when it comes to on-screen spectacle, India is not inferior to its Western counterpart."

Rakesh Roshan says he has achieved what he had set out to do. "I had a certain vision in mind. And I feel I've achieved what I had in my mind. Now let's see how the audience reacts."

About the unusual release date, Rakesh Roshan says, "We planned to release post Diwali on November 4. But then all of a sudden we realized Diwali has never before fallen on a Sunday. Nobody knows what the public mood would be like on Friday and Saturday. So we decided to take a chance.

Uday Singh Rajput, a resident of Sagar district in Madhya Pradesh has claimed that he has originally written the script ofKrrish 3. The writer has apparently pressed plagiarism charges on the maker Rakesh Roshan and has demanded a whopping Rs. 2 crore as compensation. Also, the writer has moved to the Bombay High Court demanding a stay on the release of the film this Friday if his demands are not being fulfilled.

While the hearing of both the parties has been scheduled today, Justice S J Kathawala revealed that the title 'Krrish 2' has been registered with the Film Writers Association on July 23, 2008. The complainant also claimed that the same script was used by the Roshans under a different title Krrish 3. On the opposition front, RakeshRoshan who is miffed with the allegations has issued a warning in High Court claiming that no funds must be granted to the writer until the details of the case has been discussed in court. Roshan also revealed that the script was written by Robin Bhatt and has been registered since March 3, 2011.
