JIngle Bell Christmas Poem

Jingle Bell

Jingle bells, jingle bells
Jingle all the way!
O what fun it is to ride
On a one-horse open sleigh
Oh! Jingle bells, jingle bells
Jingle all the way!
O what fun it is to ride
On a one-horse open sleigh

     Dashing through the snow
                                                On a one-horse open sleigh
                                                     Over fields we go
                                                Laughing all the way
                                                Bells on bob-tails ring
                                                   Keeping spirits bright
Oh What fun it is to sing
                                               A sleighing song tonight

Christmas is the most important festival of the Christians. Christmas is same for them what Diwali for the Hindus’ Idd for Muslims. It is celebrated on the 25th December every year with great pomp and show. This festival is celebrated in the memory of the day on which Christ was born. Christ was the founder of Christianity. It is believed that he was sent to this world to save mankind.

Great preparations are made for the occasion. All houses and churches are cleaned and white washed. The walls are decorated with paper flowers, pictures, looking glasses and the wall buntings. All the Christians rich or poor, young or old take part in it. The shopkeepers who sell Christmas cards and Christmas presents decorate their shops with beautiful pictures and toys. They do so attrect people to their shop.

The most important part of the festival is the planting of the Christmas tree. A large branch of the tree is cut down.It is plnted in one corner of the house. Then this branch is decorated with little toys such as birds, dolls, flowers, twinkle the small lighting bulbs etc. At night candles and electric bulbs are lighted on its twigs. The Christmas looks very bright and beautiful.

Then in the night all the childern of the house are called in. All sing songs and offer prayer to god who sent his son, Christ to earth to remove all sins and sufferings. After the prayer all the members of the house and guests are given. Christmas presents, christmas cards, books, pictures and sweets are sent to friends and realities. The big feasts are arranged. Delicious dishes are served before all. the house wife looks very important figure.  She entertains all the guests. People prepare best food they can offer on that day.

After, the feast is over all members take part in music. They dance and sing at night. Then the festival comes to a close. All gather in the church to pray God that they may led a happy life in the coming year. Christmas is a festival of rejoicing to the Christians all over the world. In the days of British rule all the schools and colleges are closed for fifteen days on the occasion of this festival.

inages and wonderful ideas to decorated during festivals / Decoration on festivals of christmas

Decoration on festival of christmas

Many festive looking mantels are decorated with nothing more than an assortment of different size candles and candle holders.when lit they have a beautiful warm glow that in itself is festive. If you are looking for something a little different with your own style, you can start out by thinking of a theme.
This is the perfect opportunity and time to put it front and center,If you have a collection of something you would like to display in front of the world famous christmas festival. you may have a collection of Santa, angles, nutcrackers or whatever you like. the key to making it look festive is ribbon. If you are using a particular color scheme, select ribbon to carry out that theme. Gracefully weave and curl it around the different items.

An all green mantel is one of my favorite decorating ideas. Green Poinsettias, elegant green ribbon with a reversible gold side and sparking green stems are supported by the garland.Green sparkles cascade from the mantel like little waterfalls. Gold leaves placed among the ribbon and poinsettias complete the look.
Violet is popular as a designer look. Here is an example of a violet mantel design. It is very beautiful and completely untraditional. It is not for everyone, but it might work for you.

Pinecones are a favorite with almost everyone at christmas. These large pine cones are nestled into the Hammacher lighted garland.A red and green combination ribbon is used in two different sizes. A sparkling solid green ribbon is also swirled and curled among the pinecones.A few sparking red stems add a little punch to the festive look.
